Delete your GTG account
You can request deletion of your GTG account and associated data here even if you uninstalled the app or cannot sign in.
What will be deleted
After identity verification, we delete your GTG sign-in account and currently attributable cloud training data. Limited records required by law are restricted and handled under the Privacy Policy.
Request deletion
Send the request from the email registered to GTG. We will reply to that address for minimum necessary identity verification and will never ask for your password.

Your registered GTG email and a clear statement that you request permanent deletion of your GTG account.
Do not send your password, full birth date, health records, payment details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
You can also delete in the app
If you can still sign in, open Settings → Account settings → Delete account and type DELETE to use the trusted deletion service.
